HOW DO I BOOK A CHRISTMAS PARTY?
We are taking bookings for 2016 Christmas Parties now – visit our Christmas Parties page for full details. And don’t delay – some dates have already sold out!

Also please note that the below information regarding Pre-Show Dinners and booth bookings does NOT apply to our Christmas Parties where a three-course dinner is included and seating is allocated according to group size.
HOW DO I BOOK A PRE-SHOW DINNER?
A delicious Pre-Show Dinner – freshly cooked in our on-site kitchen by excellent local chefs – is available before selected shows. Pre-Show Dinners must be booked in advance. For full details, please see our Pre-Show Dinner page.
HOW DO I BOOK TICKETS?
This year we are selling our tickets online via a ticketing system called Event Cube, although some events are also available through other ticket agents such as See Tickets and Gigs & Tours. All tickets booked will be E-Tickets and we will scan the bar codes on the door as you enter. You will either need to bring your device with the bar code or a print out.
We regret that booking fees are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation, as the administration costs are still incurred by us and the ticket agent. If an event is cancelled we will offer to exchange the ticket for another event with any additional cost payable but the booking fee waived.

WHAT ARE PREMIUM & STANDARD TICKETS?
We have two ticket types for some of our seated shows, Premium and Standard.
Premium tickets are for the rows of seats in the central dance floor area. These are unreserved but they are in the best viewing area with no obstructions, directly in front of the stage.
Standard tickets are for unreserved seats on the outer circle, in booths and in the extended foyer area at the rear of the tent which all have a good view of the stage. Please note, if you are planning to book a Pre-Show Dinner you will need to book a Standard ticket.
WHAT ABOUT SIGHTLINES?
We will do our best to position everyone in a seat with a good view of the stage or performance area. However, due to the nature of Spiegeltents that have pillars around the inner circle to support the structure, it is possible they can get in the way of a performer standing in a particular spot and it’s very hard for us to predict exactly where and when this may occur.
If you do experience any sightline issues please make it known to a member of staff and they will do their best to reseat or reposition you. You are also welcome to stand at the bar or in another spot that doesn’t obstruct other members of the audience. We thank you for your understanding on this matter!
CAN I RESERVE A BOOTH?
Booths can be reserved when you book in for a Pre-Show Dinner. Pre-Show Dinners are available on selected nights only – visit our Pre-Show Dinner page for full details. Unless otherwise stated on the event description, booths are available to sit in on a first come, first serve basis at all other events.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Our Christmas Parties and all of our standing events are for over 18s only. Unless otherwise stated in the information on the event page our seated events have no age restrictions, although under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There are various off and on-street parking options within just a few minutes’ walk of the Spiegeltent. The venue postcode is BS1 5LL. Please visit the Parkopedia website for further information.
WHERE CAN I STAY?
There are lots of hotels in the centre of Bristol, all within a stone’s throw of the Spiegeltent on Bristol Harbourside. The venue postcode is BS1 5LL.
DO YOU HAVE LOST PROPERTY?
If you lost something while at the Spiegeltent, it may have been handed in to us or found when the venue was cleared up. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your lost item and we can let you know if we have it. Please note that all lost property needs to be collected by 5th January 2017.
